| I went out to Rocky point on Thursday for two tanks. I found a few bottles and some metal junk. Even though I found some stuff, I left the lake wondering why I still dive there. . . |

Sorry to hear about the lackluster dive Bob! Pewaukee is mysterious as of late. When I go via boat expecting to find stuff (Because you get on new water) I go home cursing the lake! When I get in from shore (not expecting to find much new) I have had my best dives of the summer. Lately I have been pondering my diving career, figuring I have a couple more years of hard bottle diving in me, but if nothing new presents itself soon, I may seriously cut back on the number of dives I do. Now in summary, Nothing is changing for at least a couple years! I had a ball seeing Jim! He brought tons of Megladon teeth he recently found. I show and telled, my Leibscher clay from Fort, and my Cobalt Joseph Wolf soda. We talked, laughed, and even gave a couple local young kids a lesson on what we find, why we do this, and they each left with a couple souvineers from our dive. That is really why we do this. TF |
