Hey Everyone,

Just added 4 new Oshkosh blob beers to the gallery
2 Maulick & Kitz variants
Louis Plate-quart
C. Elser-slug plate variation

I've been adding others, but I figure that these may bring a little more interest so I thought it would be nice to keep ya' fellows updated. After all, Oshkosh is second to Milwaukee when it comes to the number of brewers and variants of blob beers!!! The bottles from Oshkosh included in this gallery are about one third of the total known variants this freaking town (that I know of)!!! I'm sure that the wonderful Oshkosh export Bob Bergman would know of even more out there!!! He has a wealth of knowledge on stuff from that area.

Nate,

Hey Tony,

Thanks, I've been wondering if someone was going to send me some new pictures sooner or later. I wonder if The BottleVulture won that A. Kobs, Colby, WI. hutch? Tony, did you see that unlisted hutch on ebay about 1 month ago? It looked pretty nice! Anyways, I've been adding new content every so often. I've added a few blob beers, some Wausau Seltzer Bottles+ other seltzers, a Shawano hutch, a few paper label whiskey bottles and some more bottles to come soon. Like Always, anybody is more than welcome to send me more photos! I am usually quite prompt on putting them in the galleries quickly!

Thanks,
Nate
Also, earth to the Bottle Vulture, do you have a decent picture of the Colby hutch? If so, I'd love to add it to the site!

Hey Jim k.

the e-mail address is hennings@discover-net.net That would be awesome if you could send some new content to help keep the winter interesting. You can send the pictures to the above address and I can do the cropping to save you time. I am also quite prompt on getting the pictures on the site. The only thing I ask is the that glassmaker/ markings info be included to document unlisted variants.

Thank You & Merry Christmas,
Nathan

P.S. Tony have you tried to send me your photos, yet? The new drugstore sounds neat, I've always taken a liking to embossed pharmacies. I can't wait to see the pictures! Keep on diggin' when ever you get the chance. If you persist enough you will probably end up digging some of the Fond Du Lac blob sodas. You've got to go through the dry digs to get to the more memorable digs. Don't let yourself be discouraged by the dull digs or the pessimism of another. Keep on collecting!
Happy Holidays
Take Care...Nathan

I have about 130 different Wisconsin milk bottles in my collection, many of which do not appear in your gallery. Do you want photos of them? If so, where do I send the photos?
Email me at : jimsbottles@gmail.com

Hey JimsBottles,

Yes definitely, I would be glad to add your bottles to the site, just make sure the quality of the pictures are somewhat decent. Make sure to get the whole bottle in the picture, not just the embossing. You can email them to, hennings@discover-net.net ,and I will put them on the milk bottle gallery. Thanks Jim!!

Take Care,
Nathan

Hi Nathan and Jim,

I hope you had a nice Christmas and New Years!
Nathan, I have a quick question, How can I delete my photo's that are in my Root Gallery? I want to be able to post some photo's again, but My gallery is full and won't allow me to add.

I think its time we all start chatting agin on this forum. We are very fortunate to have Steve keep this site up and running for us to enjoy. HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO YOU ALL!

Hey Mark,

This may sound like a dumb question, but what are you referring to with "the root gallery" ?
Are you talking about something on this site or an issue on your computer and the photoshop program that allows you to download your own photos? I'm not sure here, Ithink my brain is asleep during the first part of January. Explain to me a little more in depth and maybe my one brain cell will be able to help me solve your problemo. I'd love to help add some more photos. Oh Yeah, I bet you don't have that early 1870's yellow amber squat ale from Merrill on there yet!!!!!!! LOL

Thanks,
nathan

Hi Nate,

I meant to say "root folder" not root gallery. I guess all the members here on the mrbottles web site have 2mb of space for pictures. The problem that I'm having is that I'm at 1.9mb and cannot attach any more jpeg files to the forum. In order to do so I have to delete the existing files, but there is no delete button to do so.

I use to have my own photo bucket space that allowed me to store my files and would just copy
and paste the url into the forum, but I don't have it anymore. I may just have to set up another photo bucket account if this can't be figured out.

Thank you!
Mark
