K. Schreier Sheboygan, Wisconsin

In 1854, Konrad Schreier started brewing in Sheboygan as a partner in Schlicht & Konrad Schreier. Eighteen years later, he launched out on his own starting the Konrad Schreier Brewery. The company thrived until Prohibition, managed to survive until it ended, but succumbed to the financial hardships of the Great Depression. The company closed in 1934.
