Here is a crude aqua half pint hutchinson soda bottle from Tom aka. The Kid embossed, "E.A. Lufkin Beloit, WIS."

The lip is applied and the glass maker is needed for more info. Looking at this bottle, it looks like E.A. Lufkin may have bottled a couple years before 1892. This example is not listed in Roger Peter's book.
