A clear, quart, machine-made, milk bottle embossed, "Pleasant Mount Dairy, Tomah, WIS." in the slug plate. Above the slug plate is embossed, "One Quart" with the letters arched downward on the bottle. Notice the odd stye of embossing inside the slug plate of the bottle.
