9788 Albert Raasch Whitefish Bay Wisconsin

This little hutch soda was made by WF&S (reverse hub). It reads, "ALB. RAASCH WHITEFISH BAY WIS." There is an "R" on the bottom. It is blue aqua, 6 & 1/2 inches tall.
