Hagemeister Brewing Co. (Picnic), Green Bay, Wisconsin

Inscription reads: ” HAGEMEISTER CO GREEN BAY WIS.” This is an amber-colored Half Gallon bottle. Hagemeister had a fine forty-year run in Green Bay from 1886 until 1926. There was quite a bit of competition from the other five breweries in town. Quite a few toasts were probably lifted to heavyweight boxing champ Jack Dempsey!
