This clear blob-top bottle is labelled “JOHN K. KURTH COLUMBUS WIS.” The Kurth Family of Columbus was prominent in regional brewing for many decades. This bottle is from the time of 1863 to 1885 when John ran the business. He was the son of the founder, Henry Kurth.
