5703 B. Rogatz Milwaukee, Wisconsin

This little shorty antique soda bottle (just over 6 & 1/4 inches tall) is embossed, "B. ROGATZ MILWAUKEE WIS." There is a 28 on the bottom. The reverse hub has a 96 indicating SB&GCO (1896).
