4604a Graf and Madlener Milwaukee

This antique soda bottle is embossed, "GRAF & MADLENER MILWAUKEE". The bottle has a six-sided (arches upward) mug-base and amber color with a hint of olive. There is no glass company given. It was made in the same mold as the aqua one. This is an extremely rare color for this mold.
