Roger Peters indicates Herman Lambeck was the first soda water bottler in Beaver Dam Wisconsin in his book Wisconsin Soda Water Bottles 1845-1910. This antique bottle dates to about 1870. It's embossed, "H. LAMBECK BEAVER DAM WIS" The bottle is also marked with the, "A&DHC" maker mark.
