AT - southern Wisconsin?

This looks like a Wisconsin clay beer bottle and was dug in southern Wisconsin, but we have not identified who the bottler was. If anyone has any ideas please let us know! It is stamped "AT". It appears to have traces of cobalt in the stamp and dates from the 1860's or early 1870's.
