Chase Valley Glass Company No. 2 beer-bulb neck quart

This "Bulb Neck" style quart beer bottle is the most common type made by Chase Valley Glass Co. There is no mold designation but most likely there was more than one mold like this. They are relatively plentiful, most often found without a name in the slug plate, but there are also many found with names as well. It appeared to be the preferred bottle style of the day. It is interesting that there are no pint sized bottles like this, and no bottles like this from Factory one. It is embossed "C.V. No. 2 MILW" with no mold number. Aqua is a very rare color for this style of bottle.
