Chase Valley Glass Company No. 2 soda - quart hutch

This early hutch soda bottle has an empty slug plate but the same mold is also known to have been used by at least one Upper Peninsula Michigan bottle. It is marked on the bottom "C.V. No 2 MILW". This is early for a Hutchinson soda since the style had just been invented in 1879, less than two years before this bottle was made.
