Columbus Pottery (new)

This is an example of a modern product made as a decorative item, a nicknack really. It sports a spectacular cobalt decoration - quite the opposite of the original stoneware bottles which were made for hard use, not decoration. It is stamped "WISCONSIN POTTERY COLUMBUS, WI 1988" and there were many types of bottles like this made and all of them have cobalt decoration. I included one because it was made is Wisconsin.
