M. GONDREZICK TOMAH WIS.

All colored Hutchinson soda bottles from Wisconsin are pretty spiffy. More of them will make the HALL OF FAME for sure. This one is a beautiful olive green.

The bottle was manufactured at the Wisconsin Glass Company. Michael Gondrezick was in business from 1881 to 1917 according to Roger Peters author of WISCONSIN SODA WATER BOTTLES 1845-1910. Roger only indicates that Michael was succeeded by Rex. E. Gondrezick.

Wisconsin Glass was in business from 1882 to 1886. We can say for certain this one dates to the early 1880's. Wisconsin Glass bottles tend to have the crudeness we all love, this example is no exception. A heavy distinction in the application of the blob and an inch thick yellow green solid glass foot make it even better!
