Milwaukee - Lindex Apiary W. Diehnelt

This crock is signed Redwing on the bottom and stamped on the front "FROM THE LINDEN APIARY PURE HONEY W. DIEHNELT, MILWAUKEE - WIS." in an oval. Watch out because this crock was reproduced in the late 1970's by "Honey Acres" a retail business in Menomonee Falls Wisconsin. They sold them as a novelty in their retail store in massive quantities and many are sold as old. The reproduction is about two quart, much smaller than the originals. The glaze is also rather obviously new.
