Inscription reads, “OTTO ZWIETUSCH MILWAUKEE WIS THIS BOTTLE NOT TO BE SOLD.” It’s a clear blob top bottle. Otto kept his company open for just one year and closed in 1897. The beer was sold but not the bottle. The bottle was too expensive. Otto’s brewery owned the bottle and wanted it back.
