This one is an extreme rarity. The photo comes fresh from Steve Soike. Steve held a Milwaukee Bottle club meeting at his house and was nice enough to let me take pictures of his bottles. Embossed in a slug plate, "Steuerwald & Co Milwaukee Wis."
