Waukesha Imperial Spring Bottling Co

This gorgeous blob top bottle reflects the big plans Chicago investors had for this brewery which was capitalized for over a million dollars in 1892. The firm produced a high volume of beer with much of it delivered to Chicago. However, the company was best known by union conflict, legal challenges and financial difficulties. It finally closed in 1896 and its assets (mostly its beer) were sold.
