Whitewater Bottling Works Quart Wisconsin

This antique (and early) applied or tooled crown bottle comes from Mister Jim K. Thanks, Jimmy. It is aqua blue in color and has a very crude ridge where the tooled top begins. It also has uncharacteristically heavy shoulders for a crown bottle. It almost looks like it was a quart hutch mold, but there is none known from this company. The bottle features the shield on the front and is embossed, "WHITE WATER BOTTLING WORKS". (Whitewater looks like two words.) If you compare this shield with other bottles from this company it looks thick and squashed in a bit. This is one unusual crown!
