Whitewater bottle

This bottle most likely was made in the Whitewater Wisconsin area. It is very early, possibly from the 1840's or 1850's. It is earthenware with a lead glaze inside and out and made from local clay that is very light red. This could be one of Wisconsin's earliest bottles based on the style. It is not signed.
