Whitewater string holder

About 6" tall, this dome shaped piece is a cover for a ball of string. As the string is pulled through the mouth the ball stays in place. The opening shows signs of wear from use. One of the Whitewater potters advertised these as standard items in their product line. This one is about the size of a half gallon jug. It is not glazed inside and has no handle. The decoration is the rabbit ears/tulip.
