This clear (colorless) crown has a burlap-like pattern over most of the bottle. There is a parallelogram in the center with, "Wm. G. JUNG BEVERAGE CO." inside. The bottom says, "RANDOM LAKE 7 FL. oz. 28S WIS." The height is 7 & 1/2 inches. Based on the 'look' and style of this bottle, it may be a prohibition soda bottle made by a brewing company.
