Blossom's Badger Ale

Blossoms BADGER ALE bottles were made in black glass, olive green, shades of amber and deep emerald. This variety is larger in diameter (3-1/8") and has a taller body from the looks of this fragment. It presumably was embossed "BLOSSOM'S BADGER ALE MILWAUKEE" from the looks of the parts of the embossing visible the word "BLOSSOM'S is arched. It is possible that the brand was "Eagle Ale" or "Scotch Ale" since these brands were advertised as well. They were bottled as early as 1847, and if so would be Wisconsin Territory bottles.
